Enabling of gadgets

You can enable various gadgets when you go to preferences>gadgets
- The gadget Real-Time Recent Changes makes a page where you can monitor recent changes at real time.
- The gadget SyntaxHighligher adds colors to syntax when editing a page.
- The gadget HotCat adds convenient boxes to edit categories.
Some of these gadgets are enabled by default.
Most of the other gadgets were not installed on SMMA because they did not appear to be useful.
