He was born on 6 April 1945 in Germany.
After joining the Unification Church in 1972 he worked many years for Sun Myung Moon as a personal bodyguard.
He wrote the book "Bodyguard for Christ: One Disciple's Experience Protecting the Messiah."
He participated in the 74 Couple Blessing of the Unification Church on 21 February 21 1977.
He and his wife Nobuko have 7 children.
Gerhard Peemoeller unexpectedly passed to the spirit world on 24 April 2015 after a heart attack at his home in Virginia Beach, VA.
