What links, photos, etc to add to a page

In SMMA we're collecting a lot of materials, photos, articles etc. Whatever we upload as a public or private file should be added as a link or be embedded on biography- or other pages in the website.

However, it's not a good idea to make a link on the page of, for instance, Sun Myung Moon of each photo or article that has information about him. If we did that, the biography page of Moon would become very long and boring.

Therefore, for each file you add, think well to decide where you make links or embeds to that file. We also have event pages, concepts pages, organizations pages, custom pages such as timeline pages etc. In some cases, contemplate to start a new page where a link fits in well.
