The first phase of this page is done. I wanted to collect the first reactions among thoughtful UC members and I've done that.
The next information I'd like to add to this page would include a bit of history of the drafting committees, who participated and who oversaw the process. Collecting that will take more research. Thus far I've most found only puff pieces and propaganda by the UC side to sell this awful document to the members. It appears to me that UC leaders are counting on the ignorance of the general membership to impose their authoritarian regime on the UC and affiliated organizations. --Smmaadmin (talk) 00:22, 9 September 2015 (MDT)
