The content inside the Iframe comes from SMMA2, but should come from a public site, or from a file that we uploaded to SMMA. All that is on SMMA2 is private and should not be linked from public pages in our site. I haven't yet checked how you did this on the other pages you worked on today. If it's the same there, will you please change it there also? The rest of what you did on that page looks okay.--[[User:DivineCriticizer|DivineCriticizer]] ([[User talk:DivineCriticizer|talk]]) 14:36, 8 July 2015 (PDT)

150703 Changes in Iframe for private files

When you use the link 'Add private file' to make a private file, and you filled into the infobox form the storage url for the uploaded file, the head of the Iframe now automatically shows a link to that url.

See for example: Private:Book Exposition of the Divine Principle

150703 Files in Iframes

Please whenever you add files in Iframes, if there is an url for a printable version of the web page, use that printable version. This is especially important for Wikipedia articles. Wikipedia articles can be uploaded as files in the public section.

150703 Iframes templates improved

To make sure that the originals of embedded files can be found by a reader, I've changed the templates that are used for embedding files.
See: Template:Iframe and Template:Iframes in table

150703 New CHI pages

150704 Changes in Private:page with databox

Initially i had made 1 + 9 categories for the private pages, assuming that these categories were hidden. But while in the search functions of the wiki private pages can only be found by users who are logged in, the category system is not so tightly closed. And every visitor of the site can find all the private pages by searching in the categories list and categories tree. They cannot see the private pages unless they are logged in, but they can see the titles of private pages.

It's not a big problem for our privacy, but i had to make some changes in how categories are attributed to private pages. You're more free to do so now.

Inevitably some help pages, diagrams and tutorials may still teach it the old way. But the form that you have to fill out gives the right instructions.

150704 Example of page with private photos collection

Private:Hyung Jin Moon photos collection shows this page. The four photos in it are all private.

150817 Enabling of gadgets

A new feature in SMMA:

This is a page where you get a good overview of all categories in SMMA.
- There is a section where you can enter a category and then get the parent categories
- There is a section where you see an alphabetic list of categories
- Then there are sections showing the main categories of SMMA
Click 'Category network' at the bottom of the 'navigation pane' in the left sidebar!
(The blue question marks have help instructions but are still invisible until sa got a new extension working.)

150819 Newly installed notification system

From now on you'll be getting notifications. This message is to test the system. Modify your settings in Preferences>Notifications. I added new information to the talk top. Will you please read it? After this you can remove this line. DC--DivineCriticizer (talk) 04:56, 19 August 2015 (PDT)

150820 Bug 'Mentions'

The 'Mentions' option in the new notification system doesn't work. It's not a big problem but better that you know. See Private:MediaWiki logbook#'Mentions' don't work --DivineCriticizer (talk) 04:59, 20 August 2015 (PDT)

Non-intended file upload

There's a button 'Delete' at the top of the page.

It won't delete the file in the server, but visitors to the site won't find the file anymore.--DivineCriticizer (talk) 14:43, 2 July 2015 (PDT)

Private:Sun Myung Moon - Wikip 150701

I think i didn't make this clear enough, so i changed the text of the help page about this.

The archive is not just the private files. It's also all the uploaded files that are public, in SMMA.

Wikipedia prints are public. No need to add them to the private section. Preferably upload them in SSMA, as we should do with all other public domain files.

Please read the revised text in Add private file request - --DivineCriticizer (talk) 14:55, 2 July 2015 (PDT)

Reply to: Coding error Iframe Add private file?

I don't see the problem. It works as is intended. What is the problem? --DivineCriticizer (talk) 01:22, 5 July 2015 (PDT)

DO NOT BLANK MY TALK PAGE!!!!

You deleted everything on my talk page, also messages there from others. Once you enter something on my talk page, let me be the one to decide what to do with this. Also don't delete your own messages that you left on my talk page............ --DivineCriticizer (talk) 01:37, 5 July 2015 (PDT)

You even deleted the template Talktop that i need on my page. What's up with you?
Copied in a word document? Nice for you! I can rollback your edits, so that's not a problem, but if you keep blanking i have to keep rollbacking. Will hurt my back too much!
Probably you felt ashamed about your last entry about the source url vs storage url for embedded files in private pages? And then you deleted everything? --DivineCriticizer (talk) 01:44, 5 July 2015 (PDT)
You too can roll back changes in pages, after you made a mistake, or someone else added something that you don't like. Click on the 'History' tab of a page and there you can see all the versions and you can rollback or undo changes. It's a complex feature in wikis and it takes time to learn it, but it's possible.... But of course, if someone else changes what you want to keep, first response is... "what the hell is he doing there...!" So check and re-check in wikis before you save....
Also your own user page and talk page you should never blank entirely, because i added templates in the top that you need to stay there.

Coding error Iframe Add private file?

There is no coding error.

I don't understand your logic.

You compare a public Iframe entry with a private Iframe entry. One goes to the source location, because on public pages we embed from the source. The private one must go to the storage location because that's where the embedded file comes from. The link is placed with these iframes in order for people to be able to search inside the embedded document. Search is sometimes possible in an embedded file, but often not.

It has to go to the storage url because the private pages are linked to the stored file and not to the source of the file. This is our archive. We want to have access to our own archive. The source url is already in the infobox.

You think you're not ashamed, but the whole morning i'm struggling with your energy. Do not tell yourself that you make mistakes as blanking my page simply because of making a neutral error. Shame or impertinence or ignorance... it comes from the same source. Before you start working on SMMA, you should clean your spirit. Did you prepare yourself in prayer before you started working? I always do it. You also should do this. All users should do this, because otherwise we'll make many spiritual mistakes and this site will go nowhere. You're going into a spiritual battle whenever you work in SMMA. You cannot do this unprepared or having prepared yourself too little. Spiritual battles are often worse than physical wars. Remember the goal of SMMA to make a victory over Prime Cainites... They are fighting against you right now but you are not fighting against them but making trouble to me.

I have similar problems with the two other users. They also work without preparing internally and they also make mistake after mistake after mistake, simply because of not controlling the spiritual situation when they work here.--DivineCriticizer (talk) 02:24, 5 July 2015 (PDT)

Apology accepted

Please learn from this experience. I know well that this work is not easy, because SMMA is a battlefield.

As for the embedded files on private pages: the links and have to go to the file in our archives because that's where the embedded file was retrieved from.

Private pages are about our own archive. Suppose the file at the source location is deleted by someone? Therefore we collect these materials and store them in our own archive.

How I respond to your alert like about the embedded file links

I check, re-check whether you are right and there was a mistake. But in this case i had thought it through already before i made these links. After your alert I think it through again, and again, and come to the conclusion that you misunderstood something.

Then i simply reply: There's no mistake there.

Why do i do like that? I trust that you know that i don't simply rebut your comment and that i have checked and re-checked. And that therefore you know that something is there that you may not understand. It's an invitation for you to pray and also to take initiative and do your own thinking about how the site is set up. If you do, and you still think i am wrong, you can reply again. Otherwise you discover something, and you have grown a bit.

When you then don't take my reply seriously, eventually i have to explain it. But it would have been better if you had made the effort yourself.--DivineCriticizer (talk) 03:06, 5 July 2015 (PDT)

Delete button

I forgot which file it was. If you send me the link to the page, i'll delete it. --DivineCriticizer (talk) 13:53, 6 July 2015 (PDT)

Palmer, Mark, Orme, Dennis

Most of what you did looks fine. A few comments:

  • There's a new category Category:Ex-members. I think that this category applies for Dennis Orme and Mark Palmer. Can you change both the higher category for their pages and the category that the categories with their names are placed in?
  • I knew i had not told you how to do it. The Iframes that you made for Mark Palmer and Dennis Orme should also contain a link to the private files. See the page of Mark Palmer how it's done. You can also read more here Links - Linking to private files in public pages.--DivineCriticizer (talk) 14:07, 7 July 2015 (PDT)
